In 2005, Dr. Richard Rosenfield, a board-certified gynecologist in Portland, Oregon specializing in minimally invasive surgery, founded Pearl Women’s Center. His vision was to build an innovative, cutting-edge medical practice for women that felt more like a spa than a typical cold and sterile medical office, like so many clinics in the United States. That vision was realized in the heart of Portland’s Pearl District.
