26 year old female was seen at PWC for varicose veins. She experiences swelling, aching, and a burning sensation in her left leg daily and notes that her grandmother and mother suffered from varicose veins as well. She states that she is motivated to get treatment as varicose veins became a real problem for her grandmother later in life and would be thrilled if she could wear shorts again. An ELT and phlebectomy were performed within a few months of first coming to PWC. She is extremely excited about her results. She looks forward to warmer weather and no longer experiences the swelling, aching, or burning sensation in her leg.
