A typical aging change is the loss of fullness in the mid face and increased distance between the cheek and the lower eyelid. If you look in the mirror and notice a hollowed out look around the eyes and the middle of your face appears flat, a cheek implant offers an effective correction. The procedure is performed by making small incisions inside the mouth above the gum line with no visible external incisions. It is a relatively simple surgery that gives a notable richness to the face resulting in a natural, youthful look.
We have found that the face ages better after cheek augmentation because the implant offers support to the softer tissue and prevents sagging.
